“Great location and central. Across from beach. Issues with moths they were everywhere and cockroach in our bathroom. Some of the light switches and power points didn’t work in our room. But the room looked to be recently renovated, service was great. Pool wasn’t really heated as indicated and didn’t like location of sauna inside woman’s bathroom nor that they were separate to men’s. Coukdnt have a sauna with my husband. Kids activity room was spacious and good activities. North bar menu could be...

“Great customer service across all divisions. I would ask for a room not on the pool side next time due to noise.”

“Un hotel molto pulito, carino e moderno. La stanza era un pò piccina ma tutto sommato molto comoda. Consiglio di non prendere il parcheggio a pagamento perchè è possibile parcheggiare fuori con facilità.”

“Avevo prenotato stanza con bagno privato e mi è stata assegnata una con bagno comune”

“Cabin on quite water front, staff very helpful”

“Cabin was clean but bathroom needed some urgent maintenance.”

“Very dated rooms. Crying out for a renovation . The noisy air conditioning unit for the whole hotel was on the other side of my window . The bathroom had gaps where tiles used to be . And the beds had one clean bottom sheet only, so everyone slept with a quilt on them , that had been in contact with the previous occupant. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone .”

“Older property, but in good condition. Rooms were clean and helpful staff. Safe underground parking and fantastic location for the city and beaches.”

“Good place, but the care of interiors could be much more better.”

“Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. Unfortunately, the service I received from the reception team was not helpful or welcoming at all. I approached them expecting basic assistance and courtesy, but instead I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously and that they were unwilling to help. The reception team is the first point of contact for guests, so I believe good communication and customer service are extremely important. Sadly, this was not my experience. The attitude...

“Needed a last minute place to stay on my trip south. The staff at check-in was really friendly, the food at the pub was delicious and the hotel room was really clean with a comfortable bed. Exactly what I needed for a one night stop through!”

“👍”

“Everything was on point! Such a cute little place to stay at! Loved how it was especially safe for the kids to play anywhere. Close to everything 10/10 stay 👌”

“The boat harbour view was pleasant from our room. The extra bed in the room should have been a King single, our son’s feet were hanging off the end. The basin in the bathroom was very very low. The shower needed a good scrub. Better quality toilet paper,so thin.”

“Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. I would suggest the addition of stoppers on all of the doors, as they bang onto the wardrobe mirrors and could cause breakage. There is also one needed on the outside of the mirror bathroom cabinet. The...

“I will never stay there again”
